Return and Refund Policy

At UO Store, we take utmost care in delivering quality products. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. So here's our strict but fair policy:

✅ Returns are accepted ONLY IF:

A damaged or wrong product is received.

A clear unboxing video (without cuts/edits) is provided from the moment the package is opened.

The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

📞 Order Confirmation:

After placing the order, we will call you to confirm if you want to proceed or cancel.

Orders not confirmed on call may be automatically cancelled.

❌ Returns/Refunds will NOT be accepted if:

No unboxing video is shared.

You change your mind or no longer want the product.

You ordered the wrong size, color, or variant.

The product is damaged after delivery.

💸 Refund Process (Only if eligible):

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after return pickup and verification.

Refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer only.
